Witness Services Ltd - Services that we offerAt Witness Services Ltd, we offer a range of professional witness and mediation services to help resolve almost any instance requiring an independent and impartial third party. Different circumstances require different approaches, from mediation between conflicting parties, to installing covert CCTV to actually catch someone 'in the act'. Below is outlined our 3 primary services - Mediation, Witness Services and CCTV Surveillance Mediation - How it works
Fighting against Anti Social Behaviour by using CCTV By installing covert cameras we can witness drug dealing in communal staircases, graffiti, vandalism, problems with neighbours were one party is complaining about rubbish being thrown over their fence or verbal/racial abuse (here we would use a covert camera with sound) Installation of CCTV
Digital Video Recorders are used so there is no need to swap out tapes on a daily bases, all footage can be stored for up to 100 days. If you would like to see a summarised copy of the Data Protection Act please go to our links page as we fully understand the implications of using covert CCTV systems in relation to the Data Protection Act. If there are ongoing problems and you need them solved then the camera will record them, The Camera Never Lies. For more information on CCTV please contact us.
Witness ServicesA typical example of a case assigned to us from a Housing association: We are assigned a case that involves ASB (noisy neighbours, loud music, people come and going at all hours etc) Covert CCTV can also be used to help with neighbour disputes. Hidden cameras can be fitted in windows or under window seals to record ASB towards the tenant, such as - things being thrown at the house/flat, arguements etc. |
